Matthew Byrne is co-author of ‘Mutuality–The Future of Trust’ and Program Director of AGSM’s General Managers Program, where he also serves as Adjunct Faculty. A graduate of the University of Technology Sydney and Harvard, Matthew helps organizations align personal leadership with corporate strategy, integrating HI–AI to amplify human judgment.
He designs leadership development programmes, advises on business strategy, and coaches executives to navigate complexity, build trust, and deliver measurable performance. Over 25 years, he has partnered with corporate, government, and non-profit leaders to shift managers from process to strategic thinking and to mobilize people and resources for sustainable results.
