Ms. Knight-Bourn developed her risk assessment and management skills while working as an enterprise risk senior auditor at Ernst & Young from 2021 to 2023. Earlier in her career, she served as a senior associate at 415 Group in Canton, Ohio, and as an assistant auditor for the Ohio Auditor of State. These roles provided Ms. Knight-Bourn with a thorough understanding of the auditing field, allowing her to make meaningful contributions to each organization she worked with.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Knight-Bourn’s dedication to her community complements her professional work. She actively participates in civic organizations, serving as president of the Kent State University Stark County Alumni Board, treasurer for The Junior League of Stark County Inc. and secretary and trustee for the Ohio JCI Senate Charitable and Education Foundation. Her efforts have been recognized with several awards, including the President’s Awards from JCI Ohio and being named one of YStark’s 20 Under 40 in 2020.

Ms. Knight-Bourn’s academic background formed the foundation of her career. She earned an Associate of Arts, a Bachelor of Science in accounting, a Master of Science in accounting and a Master of Business Administration in accounting, all from Kent State University. In 2023, she became a certified public accountant through the Accountancy Board of Ohio.
