Mr. Manack founded Integral Semi in 2023, a consulting firm that helps startups in the Dallas-Fort Worth area build factories and launch new technologies. His work with Integral Semi also extends to academic collaborations, including assisting the University of Oklahoma, Texoma Tech Hub and other institutions in securing grants for strategic projects.

Mr. Manack’s career in the semiconductor industry is marked by remarkable milestones, including his role in the development of the first Apple Watch. He contributed to the design and organization of the chips that enabled the watch's advanced functionality, making it one of the most successful wearables in the market today. "Being part of the Apple Watch project was a defining moment in my life and career," Mr. Manack recalls. "And it showcased how semiconductors and innovative packaging can advance consumer electronics."
Before founding Integral Semi, Mr. Manack spent more than a decade as a strategic leader at Texas Instruments. For his work leading large, dedicated teams, Mr. Manack earned two Jack S. Kilby Awards. His leadership was instrumental in helping his team of 280 people achieve major milestones out of a competitive pool of 23,000 professionals. He holds over 35 patents in semiconductors and electronics.
Through Manack Venture Capital LLC, Mr. Manack ventures into commercial and residential real estate markets. He focuses on developing properties and driving economic growth within the community. "Real estate is another avenue through which I can create value and impact lives, and it coincides with the massive ongoing investments from the U.S. CHIPS Act," Mr. Manack shares.
Mr. Manack aims to educate the next generation on the importance of technology, particularly in the semiconductor field. He advocates for workforce development and the role of semiconductors in today’s fast-paced electrifying world. He says, "Chips are as essential to electronic systems as oil is to combustion engines. Countries with the best chips hold a competitive edge in artificial intelligence, health care and data processing."
