Fifteen years ago, Chef Mark McLean left his career as a Wall Street Trader and Market Maker to found Remarkable Cuisine. Through continuous learning and seizing every opportunity, he grew the business into a formidable private chef and catering company, eventually expanding into a food service group with the Fresca and Supply Room brands.
Five years ago, he established The Burgerly in New Hope, PA. By applying the same determination and culinary standards to a ‘hip burger spot’ as he does to high-end catering, he created a premier burger experience. Dedicated to the culinary arts and the businesses that showcase them, Chef McLean takes pride in these achievements and continues to look toward future growth.
