Originally developed as a Dollar General in 2006, the property was sold to O’Reilly Auto Enterprises, LLC for future redevelopment. M Square Commercial represented the seller, Hutton Basecamp, LLC, with local brokerage support from Charlie Sparks of Yale Realty Advisors, Inc.

The site, located along Beresford’s key commercial corridor, benefits from strong traffic counts, flexible General Business (GB) zoning, and immediate access to Interstate 29.
