Louvre Hotels Group and Partners Gather at HICAP 2026 to Unlock Hotel Investment Opportunities in South and Southeast Asia

-- The 2026 Hotel Investment Conference Asia Pacific (HICAP) was held in Singapore. Represented by its teams from Indonesia, India and China, Louvre Hotels Group attended the summit alongside its strategic Indonesian partner Artotel Group and the Overseas Division of Jin Jiang Hotels China Region, with a shared focus on investment opportunities in the South and Southeast Asian hotel markets and a commitment to advancing multi-party collaboration.

As one of the most influential hotel investment platforms in the Asia Pacific region, HICAP brings together the region’s top investors and decision-makers to network, exchange insights, identify opportunities and gain outlooks that shape the year ahead. Amid the ongoing recovery in cross-border travel, hotel demand in Indonesia and India continues to expand steadily, making both markets key hotspots for hotel asset deployment across the region.

Louvre Hotels Group is the second-largest hotel group in Europe and India. As a member of Shanghai Jin Jiang International Hotels Co., Ltd., it boasts 50 years of industry experience as a leading hotel operator and franchisor, with over 1,750 hotels across 70 countries. It offers a full spectrum of star-tier brands: Première Classe, Hosho, Kyriad, Campanile, TULIP Hotels & Residences, Sarovar, Golden Tulip, Hôtels & Préférence, Unique Boutique Hotels, TemptingPlaces Collection, and Royal Tulip. The Group remains committed to its global expansion strategy: it continues to deepen its footprint and brand influence in China; maintains a leading market position in India through a well-established Sarovar brand network; and advances growth in Indonesia alongside its regional office and partnership with Artotel Group to deliver locally tailored operations

Boasting a global hotel footprint, Shanghai Jin Jiang International Hotels Co., Ltd. was founded in June 1993. It expanded aggressively through key acquisitions: Groupe du Louvre (2015), Keystone Group and Vienna Hotel Group (2016), and Jin Jiang International Hotel Management Co., Ltd. (2023). These strategic moves greatly expanded its hotel portfolio and established a comprehensive brand ecosystem. As of December 31, 2025, it operated 14,132 hotels with 1,368,057 rooms. As a benchmark enterprise in China’s hotel digital transformation, it built a tech ecosystem with three core platforms: WeHotel, the global hotel reservation and membership platform; GPP, the global procurement platform; and SSC, the shared services platform. The digital infrastructure boosts operational performance and creates value for all value-chain partners.

During the conference, all parties engaged in in-depth discussions covering project development, brand synergy and loyalty programme integration across China, Indonesia and India. Building on international brand strengths, local operational expertise and high-quality industry resources, Louvre Hotels Group will further consolidate its footprint, capitalise on regional tourism growth and drive cross-border strategic cooperation in hospitality.
