-- Lila Bennett, Executive Director of Journey To Recovery Community Center, was presented with the “Excellence In Healthcare Award” at the Health 2.0 Conference. The three-day health and wellness conference was held from April 7–9, 2026, at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, USA. The award was presented to leaders who are driving innovation and delivering impactful outcomes in healthcare and wellness.
Lila Bennett is the Executive Director of Journey to Recovery Community Center (www.jtr-cc.org) and Ben’s House Sober Living (www. kingdomcollaborative.org). Lila is also the 2024 recipient of the ‘Mark Helijas Recovery Pioneer Award’ for her innovative and systemic approach to recovery services in Vermont.
She is also an Executive Leadership Coach, Public Speaker, and Systems-Change Consultant (lilabennett.com). Lila is in her sixth year of leadership at Journey to Recovery and her eighth year in the field of Human Services. Lila leads with four pillars of excellence: Empathy, Humility, Accountability and Discipline. Under those four pillars, she sees a motivated and passionate culture of staff working hard and working together, making big impacts and change.
