San Diego’s premier consignment store, Leo Hamel Boutique & Consignment Shop, held a sale to celebrate Mother’s Day on May 9th where visitors could snatch up bargains for a variety of vintage and like-new designer clothes and accessories. A bargain bin was also available with a variety of designer brand accessories and shoes for under $50.The Mother’s Day sale was held at the San Diego location near downtown from 5:30 to 6:00 when the event continued in the adjacent Leo Hamel Fine Jewelry Store. Free wine and champagne were served to more than 100 visitors who browsed a variety of deals on clothes, shoes, purses, and accessories. Visitors had a chance to win a Louis Vuitton gift basket containing a vintage Louis Vuitton monogram multicolor scarf, a traditional Louis Vuitton lock and key for a handbag, and 2 Louis Vuitton mini perfumes.
“What a success this Mother’s Day anniversary sale was. We had more than 100 people in our boutique and everyone had fun, especially the person who won the amazing Louis Vuitton gift basket,” recounted Lonnie Ramirez, manager of Leo Hamel Boutique. He added: “Our consignment boutique is an amazing place for people to find great designer pieces which look brand new for a fraction of the cost of new items. This sale, in particular, helped us spread the news of the store, as well as show people they can find amazing designer pieces at a more affordable price.”
