The Leonardo DaVinci Cabinet offers people the chance to discover the true location of the Holy Grail, with DaVinci’s renaissance writing, drawing and engineering projects offering clues and challenges that must be decoded and overcome in order to find the grail and escape before time runs out. The experience lasts sixty minutes and is ideal for two- to six-player teams.
The room is just the latest from the company, which already runs incredibly popular escape games. The Wizard’s Cabinet features enchanted puzzles and magic challenges, while the Cube’s Cabinet offers a sleek dystopian futurist escape challenge set within a padded cell. The expansion into historical fiction gives the company a new genre to play with, and they are excited about the possibilities.
A spokesperson for Labyrintoom explained, “We have spent months developing the Leonardo DaVinci Cabinet for our players, researching Leonardo’s extraordinary life and works and creating a series of challenges that even Dan Brown would be befuddled by. The new challenge is now open to teams of two to six, fourteen years and up. We can’t wait to see who will be the first to crack the puzzles and find the Holy Grail, so we can begin a leaderboard for the fastest solve times. This could be the most challenging Escape Game Berlin has seen, so we encourage those who have conquered our other rooms to return to take on DaVinci’s genius.”
