Leading multidisciplinary healthcare clinic, Kube Medical, recently achieved a significant milestone in its commitment to patient care and well-being. The Swindon-based organisation successfully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), England’s independent health and social care regulator, permitting it to provide private intravenous diagnostic blood tests in the town.

“Achieving CQC registration demonstrates our ongoing commitment to patients,” says Kube Medical’s Lead Chiropractor Samatha Campbell. “The people who come to our clinic can look forward to holistic care with private blood tests, giving them more control over their medical timetables and avoiding many of the scheduling problems associated with going through the NHS.”
To attain registration, Kube Medical submitted to CQC assessments. The regulator considers the effectiveness of treatments, the degree of safety the clinic affords, the responsiveness of services to patients’ needs, and whether there is person-centred care.
Adding intravenous blood tests to Kube Medical’s treatment menu means that Swindonians can now access a full suite of diagnostics in the town privately. This approach dovetails with the clinic’s holistic approach to musculoskeletal care and well-being.
“Our clinic already offered an array of diagnostics, including general health screenings and hormone panels,” explains CQC-registered manager at Kube Medical, Patrick Campbell. “However, patients couldn’t get private intravenous blood tests in the town. Many had to travel as far as Cheltenham. This new registration fills that critical gap, allowing us to provide an essential service to the community.”
