The Level Up Automatic Screen Printing 3-Day Workshop, A Comprehensive Training Program In Collaboration With Anatol, Focuses On Enhancing Automatic Screen Printing Skills And Offers Participants The Opportunity To Become Anatol-Certified Press Operators

-- In a significant move to elevate the standards of automatic screen printing, Kolormatrix, a renowned leader in the printing industry, proudly announces the Level Up Automatic Screen Printing 3-Day Workshop. This comprehensive program, developed in collaboration with Anatol, is designed to enhance the skills of press operators and production managers.

The Level Up 3-Day Automatic Screen Printing Workshop, also known as the Anatol VOLT Press Operator Certification Course, is an intensive training program focusing on the end-to-end process of garment production. This unique workshop covers key areas from Pre-Press, On-Press, to Post-Press, emphasizing mastering the critical skills and variables necessary for achieving high quality and profitability in automatic screen printing.

A notable feature of the workshop is the opportunity to become an Anatol-certified press operator. The certification process involves completing a comprehensive 60-page technical manual, supplemented by questionnaire sections, to reinforce learning and assess readiness for certification. This includes detailed instructions on using the VOLT automatic press, its features, tools, and essential preventive maintenance techniques.

"Through our Level Up Workshop, we aim to provide an unparalleled learning experience that combines practical know-how with the latest technological advancements in screen printing," states Tanya, co-founder of Kolormatrix. "We are dedicated to equipping printing professionals with the essential knowledge and skills required for excelling in this competitive industry."

The workshop, spanning three days, is structured to cover diverse aspects of screen printing. The first day delves into the fundamentals, tackling topics like mesh variables, press setup, registration, and squeegee/flood controls. On the second day, the focus shifts to high-resolution image printing, simulated processes, pre-press, ink management, fabric types, and dryer operation. The final day is dedicated to exploring 4-color process printing, specialty inks and substrates, frames, workflow, press maintenance, and post-press automation, rounding off a comprehensive educational experience.

Kolormatrix, an active SGIA member, with a commitment to quality and customer service, continues to offer top-notch technical support. The company's vast product range, including the sought-after plastisol ink and value-added services like flat-rate shipping and extensive inventory, make it a one-stop solution for screen printing needs.
