Katarzyna Kwiatkowska is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of expertise in the ERP systems industry, specializing in SAP solutions for local and international clients. She founded and led ROC Polska, establishing it as a key SAP services player in Poland. After ROC Polska’s acquisition by Zalaris ASA in 2017, she served as President of Zalaris Polska and Executive Vice President Eastern Europe, overseeing business development in Eastern Europe until 2023.
Currently, she is the Founder and CEO of Smart People, which has rapidly grown in process and competency outsourcing for IT, ERP systems, and business support. Her vision and leadership are widely respected.
