CEO Byron Enriquez and his team do business the non-traditional way, creating non-traditional products and solutions for their clients, utilizing more than 20 years of knowledge, hedge fund connections and family offices to find the best loan for clients. —
JSS Financial centers partnerships, relationship-building and solutions as cornerstones of the business.
Staying loyal to those cornerstones laid the foundation for JSS Financial’s subsidiary company, JSS Capital.
Introducing JSS Capital
JSS Capital is a real estate investment fund where individuals can invest their money, allowing the JSS Capital team to lend out the money needed for a loan as well as the acquisition of new properties.
With the creation of JSS Capital, clients now have a one-stop-shop. Not only will they be able to find tailored loans suited to their needs and wants; they’ll also be able to find the funds.
With 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, investors have a reliable company to invest in.
It’s a win-win for both parties.
Inspired by Enriquez’s “casual executive” attitude and passion for connecting with others, the JSS Capital fund aims to approach a different market than traditional investors are in.
Traditionally, people who invest in these hedge funds are wealthy retirees. Creating this fund is opening doors for millennials and young people who are trying to build their portfolios.
Simply put: you don’t have to be a millionaire to invest.
And now, JSS Financial doesn’t have to get the funds from private investors. The loan borrowing process now lives under one house, while simultaneously bringing investment opportunities to young people.
Learn More About Mortgage Expert and Business Owner Byron Enriquez
Byron Enriquez grew up in South Los Angeles to immigrant parents who instilled a strong work ethic in him. At a young age, he saw the value of hard work and trying to make something of himself. He went to college for real estate and financing and started a career in the banking industry as a foreign exchange trader.
Later on, he used his finance background to transition into the finance industry. At just 23 years old, he opened up his own mortgage brokering company— where he teamed up with investors and business partners to flip and buy investment properties.
After the crash in 2008, he went back into corporate banks, refined his craft and learned how to do it on a corporate level. He had the chance to learn the boardroom and worked his way up from being a salesperson to leading the company, earning the self-proclaimed title “the casual executive” for exuding an approachable demeanor.
Today, Enriquez owns two companies, JSS Financial and JSS Capital.
