Joy McClure is a 30-year Higher Education Leader with a career spanning large universities and innovative trade schools. A graduate of Michigan State University, she built her expertise in marketing and admissions shortly after relocating to Chicago. She currently serves as Chief Admissions Officer for Tricoci University, overseeing admissions and marketing across 15 campuses throughout the Midwest.
Joy is a leading voice on Gen Z—often referred to as the ‘Tool Belt Generation’ and is passionate about helping students discover purpose-driven career paths. She believes education is the great equalizer and is committed to inspiring students to pursue meaningful, life-changing opportunities.
