The three-day business conference was held from April 7–9, 2026, at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, USA. The recognition was presented to individuals demonstrating innovation, leadership, and sustained contributions to their respective industries.
Jim Ohneck is the Founder and CEO of Epoch Lasers with over 25 years of experience in the research and development of photobiotherapy devices. He holds a US patent for a laser therapy device used in the management of chronic pain. Jim earned a BSBA from the University of Phoenix, an AAS in Electronic Engineering Technology from the University of Hartford, and completed executive programs at Columbia Business School and IMD, Switzerland.
With 35+ years in medical devices and technology companies, he has deep expertise in lasers, optics, and microelectronics. He is a Fellow of ASLMS and IMAPS and has clinical experience across emergency medicine, ophthalmology, and orthopedics. Jim resides in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
