Startup Ix Fintech unveils its newly developed option information app “ixOption” today. Promoting financial literacy amongst investors and the general public, ixOption aims to raise awareness about derivatives on options. At the grand launch today, founder and CEO of Ix Fintech, Ms. Irene Wong, introduced the comprehensive functions of ixOption and shared the company’s future business strategy and plans. Since its inception in June 2015, IxFintech Limited (“Ix Fintech”) is committed to the development of financial and innovative products and services. The company is led by a team with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. About Founder and CEO, Ms Irene O.L Wong
Irene is the founder of Ix Fintech, responsible for developing business strategy, product design and operations. Irene is a seasoned professional in the finance industry, specializing in Asia equities and derivatives trading. Irene previously managed the operation and business development of Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited. Before joining HKEX, she worked for three global hedge funds and is experienced in hedge fund strategies and trading. She graduated from London School of Economics with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Hong Kong. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Global Chartered Management Accountant (CGMA).
