“One of the big features to look for is access to support staff,” says Hirshberg. “Some features may seem really appealing, but they may not have much benefit. But IT staff, receptionists, and support staff can save a business owner money and increase productivity. Technology is also important as well. Co-working spaces with cutting-edge technology can offer a huge advantage when it comes to one’s work.”
For any business owner who’s looking for a co-working space to use, Hirshberg also recommends choosing places that do not require lengthy contracts. “If a business owner chooses a space that offers rentals on a daily or weekly basis, they can test the space out for themselves,” he says. “That’s the best way for an individual or business to figure out if a space is right for them.”
