Ifeanyi Obinali is an entrepreneur and security professional serving as President of LEAD Security Group USA & CEO of LEAD Integrated Security Solutions Limited (Nigeria). A City University of New York graduate in Business Administration, Ifeanyi moved to New York City from Nigeria in 2008 and began his security career as a Security Guard in 2009, and rapidly advanced through major operations and management roles across New York.
In 2016, he founded his own firm, LEAD Security Group, which has grown into a leading MBE provider of physical security and protective services with more than 250 employees across New York and New Jersey. A passionate advocate for technology-driven security, Ifeanyi has led LEAD Security Group to adopt strategic tech solutions, enabling effective 24/7 operations
