On New Year’s Day 2016, HireTeamMate, a virtual job recruiter, will announce the release of their new — recruiting software, which will take user profiles and adds them to a data hub with all existing job listings. This means applicants can simply type in their own name in order to be shown jobs that match their experience, preferences and customized profile. That way, they will instantly know they are the person company posters are looking for in their job search.
Of the company's new design, Steven Jiang, HireTeamMate's CEO, said, “It's like your proactive, private career agent. We already know you and the market, and you get to choose the companies and positions you aspire to.”

Jiang explained the reason for the new developments, “In the 6 months since the product first launched, 72,000 applicants have joined and have had on-site interviews at a rate of around one per day. We want to do better than that. The new vision is to increase the relevance of the jobs that applicants apply for, in order to ensure a quick, successful hire. Currently, the job site has had almost 13,000 resumes reviewed by hiring companies and their teams. What’s really impressive is that 86% of applicants who get on-site interviews are then hired by the company, meaning our algorithms work. We now want to make them work harder, so interviewees and employers can enjoy a more relaxed hiring experience.”
