Cycle Core Fitness offers a series of small and focused training classes which make use of indoor cycles and knowledgeable trainers. The class descriptions and schedules are available on the updated website.

Cycle Core Fitness and Jared G Palmer, CEO are pleased to announce that their updated website describes the cycling classes which is offered by the Henderson indoor cycling team of trainers and professionals. The classes are suitable for people at all levels of physical activity and ability. The boutique cycling studio offers specialized products or services. It has an atmosphere which is personalized, with professionalism and attention of the trainers. The Henderson studio has fourteen bikes available for reserving per session.

According to Jared Palmer, "Our instructors are well educated, hold certifications as Spin Instructors and Fitness Professionals, and have specialized certifications and training in the field of power-based training. Our style of riding is traditional. We work and train on the bikes. Safety, form and technique are highly regarded. We don't do any of the other activities which are offered by competitors. We don't dance, go clubbing, carry weights or even spin on the bike."

Two major types of riding are available from the instructors. They are rhythm rides or performance rides. A rhythm ride goes with the beat of the cadence of the music. Performance rides focus on endurance, heart rate, strength and power. The complete experience is provided in each of the sessions from the instructors.

The list of classes includes Cycling, CrossCore, CycleCore, CrossCore EXT, Yoga, Beginner – Intro to Spinning, Change of Heart and The Sufferfest. The length of classes varies from half an hour to an hour, depending upon the specific class. The level of fitness which is required ranges from beginner to advanced. Participants can also choose to work in particular areas. Intensity levels come in the range of easy to extremely challenging.

Some of the results which can be achieved through the classes include improving power, strength, muscular endurance and aerobic capacity, burning fat, relieving stress and building confidence. The classes include performance/rhythm riding, performance metrics (power, heart rate, kilojoules) real-time feedback and virtual ride environment, with a healthy aerobic and anaerobic balance.
