Guy Marong is Managing Partner of Cubic Consulting SARL, providing Virtual CISO services and board advisory across Luxembourg. With an MBA from INSEAD and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from UC Berkeley, Guy brings three decades of cybersecurity leadership. As Global Director & CISO at Sony Electronics (2015-2019), he built a 160-person security team protecting 50,000 endpoints across 40 countries.
He subsequently served as Senior Advisor to Sony Corp’s CISO, overseeing $62 billion in business units. Guy specializes in ISO27001, NIS2, DORA, and CIS-18 frameworks, having led transformative security initiatives for Spuerkeess, POST Telecom, and government agencies. He teaches cybersecurity at Lycée Guillaume Kroll and mentors security startups.
