-- GTH-Asia, the Southeast Asian investment and advisory arm of GlobalTech Horizons Group (GTH-Group), has initiated the deployment phase of its first USD 2.5 million tranche as part of a broader USD 25 million capital program. The capital has been pledged and allocated for deployment in May 2025 into a secured, asset-backed transaction within the region.
This initial deployment marks the beginning of GTH-Asia’s real-world execution strategy, backed by GTH-Group’s larger USD 250 million commitment. The first transaction will be structured with a conservative Loan-to-Value (LTV) of 55% and is expected to yield an annualized return of approximately 27%, validated through third-party valuation and legal due diligence. Due to the confidential nature of the underlying asset, further details remain under NDA.
“We’re moving decisively from capital commitment to real deployment,” said Jack Yang, Regional Director of GTH-Asia.
“This marks the first of many secured, income-generating projects we’re activating across Southeast Asia. The market can expect consistent rollouts from this point forward.”
Strategic Valuation Momentum
This initial tranche unlocks a valuation uplift for GTH-Asia, transitioning the company from a capital-backed platform to an executing investment entity. With structured deal flow and a scalable funding model in motion, internal projections place GTH-Asia’s implied valuation in the USD 3.8M–6.25M range — with further upside as additional tranches are deployed.
The company is now selectively engaging with strategic capital partners interested in co-investment opportunities aligned with this asset-backed deployment program.
