-- Green Card Fund, a leading EB-5 regional center operator, is thrilled to announce the grand opening on Tuesday, September 16th, of the Seahaus Hotel, part of the Tribute by Marriott collection, in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Green Card Fund is providing $9.6 million in EB-5 financing for the hotel, which will celebrate its grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony and remarks from several dignitaries, including Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small Sr.
The Seahaus Hotel is the first full-service nongaming hotel located on the famed Atlantic City Boardwalk. It opens with 105 rooms, including 53 single rooms, 40 double rooms and 12 luxurious suites. Another 36 rooms will be added with the construction of a new tower. Guests at the Seahaus Hotel will have direct access to the beach, as well as an on-site fitness center, live weekend entertainment, coffee bar and signature restaurant, Cucina Del Mar.
The project was developed by Newcrestimage in conjunction with Coury Hospitality, which will oversee the hotel’s operations. Newcrestimage is one of the top hospitality developers in the United States, with 287 hospitality transactions totaling more than $3.1 billion. Coury Hospitality, which won Marriott’s Hotel of the Year award in 2024, is a leading lifestyle hospitality management company known for its exceptional service and innovative strategies that turn hotels into vibrant community hubs.
“We were impressed by this project from the moment we started looking at it,” Green Card Fund Co-Founder and Principal Girish Patel said. “You have an amazing iconic location with a top brand like Marriott and then you add in two of the top hospitality groups in the industry, providing a clear path to success for everyone involved.”
The Seahaus Hotel is an example of how Green Card Fund prioritizes quality over quantity. Green Card Fund leverages its relationship with the top hospitality groups in the country to provide quality and predictable investment opportunities for its EB-5 investors.
“We work with experienced developers and operators with extensive, and successful track records working with top hospitality brands,” Green Card Fund Co-Founder and CEO Kyle Walker said. “Sometimes this leads us to take on projects that are not the biggest in the EB-5 marketplace, but our top priority is to select projects that will deliver predictable successful outcomes for our investors.”
