Frasers Property Thailand wins 5 international awards at HR Asia Awards 2024 and HR Excellence Awards 2024

Mr. Vachira Chatbhuti, Executive Vice President of People and Culture at Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, represented the company in receiving four awards at the HR Asia Awards 2024: Best Companies to Work for in Asia, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Award, Sustainable Workplace Award, and Most Caring Company Award.

Frasers Property Thailand has demonstrated outstanding performance in human resource development and management, winning five major international awards at both the HR Asia Awards 2024 and the HR Excellence Awards 2024. These accolades affirm the company’s dedication and success in enhancing the capabilities and well-being of its employees across various dimensions, recognising that employees are a vital asset in driving the organisation towards success.

Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited received four awards from the HR Asia Awards 2024, organised by Business Media International (BMI), Asia’s leading business media outlet, and HR Asia, a prominent human resource management magazine. The awards include:

  • Best Companies to Work for in Asia: This marks the second consecutive year the company has won this award, highlighting its excellence in human resource management, fostering a positive work culture, and achieving high employee engagement. It confirms the company’s strong management, which has developed a comprehensive personnel management plan.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award: The company has implemented human rights policies applicable to all employee levels, offering flexible benefits tailored to individual needs, such as medical care options and personal leave, including sterilisation leave and gender reassignment surgery leave. Additionally, it organises initiatives to raise awareness of diversity, such as the Happy Pride Month celebration.
  • Sustainable Workplace Award: The company has adopted environmentally conscious practices by efficiently using resources and managing flexible working arrangements. It has created a suitable workspace and environment that promotes a positive work atmosphere, while also organising activities that enhance employees' quality of life and instil social and environmental responsibility through continuous community engagement.
  • Most Caring Company Award: The company cares for its employees through the concept of "8 Factors for Creating a Happiness Organisation," aiming to foster employee happiness in both work and personal life. This approach leads to a balanced and sustainable life. The company also prioritises regular and consistent communication with employees to build long-term organisational engagement.

In addition to these accolades, Frasers Property Thailand also received the Silver Award for Excellence in Employee Volunteerism from the HR Excellence Awards 2024, organised by Human Resources Online in Singapore. This award recognises the company’s exceptional support for employee volunteer activities, which have positively impacted society.

Notable initiatives include the “Run for Friends” programme, employees are encouraged to exercise and log their running distances, with the company matching their distance with donations to a special fund supporting employees and their families. Another initiative, “Giving Blood, Saving Lives” which has been running since 2020, has so far donated 6,703,900 cc of blood to the Thai Red Cross. The company has also achieved a 4.5-fold “Social Return on Investment” (SROI).
