The move strengthens Gieni AI’s integration within the Microsoft ecosystem, allowing users to access market analysis through Microsoft 365 Copilot inside tools like Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel. With native embedding, users can now prompt the AI agent to perform sector-specific research, generate reports, or answer strategic questions without switching platforms. “At Gieni AI, we’re thrilled to enhance Copilot’s capabilities, enabling users to navigate complex markets with confidence and clarity, all without leaving their familiar tools,” said Timur Göreci, Chief Revenue Officer at Orderfox.
Microsoft has recognized Gieni AI as a reference integration of its new Model Context Protocol (MCP), which allows AI agents to autonomously access external data and tools. This protocol upgrade enables Gieni to not only process queries but also interact with other agents and data layers, streamlining tasks such as risk analysis and competitor tracking.
From Static Reports to Interactive Decision Agents
Gieni AI’s new functionalities target longstanding gaps in traditional market research. For many businesses, access to meaningful intelligence is delayed by manual processes, fragmented data sources, and limited internal analytics capabilities. Orderfox’s latest update seeks to remove those barriers by turning Gieni into a real-time decision assistant.
The AI now generates full analytical reports in minutes, drawing from almost 7 million company profiles and more than 380 million processed web pages. Data is interactive, filterable, and exportable across CRM platforms. Business users can query specific sectors (“Which EV battery manufacturers in India are ESG compliant?”) and receive data-rich responses with contextual references and sourcing paths.
“Too much corporate data is locked in spreadsheets and outdated slide decks,” said CEO Derek Tanner. “We’ve focused on building an agent that works like a colleague, not just a tool, surfacing relevant findings where they matter, and presenting them when decisions are actually made.”
CRM Booster Now Embedded and Autonomous
A key update to Gieni AI is its CRM Booster, which connects with every CRM and enriches CRM records through a dedicated interface. Unlike third-party enrichment tools that rely on batch processing or static datasets, Gieni’s Booster pulls from specialized datasets in real time, offering contextual company insights directly within the workflow.
The CRM Booster is now fully available, it allows teams to access relevant information quickly without toggling between platforms. The AI’s semantic search capabilities ensure that even loosely formatted or partial queries return accurate, complete records. This feature is especially valuable for sales teams entering new markets or navigating unfamiliar sectors.
“With Gieni AI’s CRM Booster soon in Copilot, sales teams can now enrich their CRM data effortlessly, driving precision in customer engagement and boosting revenue growth,” said Göreci.
Zero-Shot Classification and Semantic Queries Improve Accuracy
Beyond speed, Gieni AI’s most notable upgrade is in its aggregation capability. The datasets are created by leveraging zero-shot classification, enabling it to interpret unstructured HTML Data and identify emerging categories not previously trained on. This contrasts with traditional machine learning models that require structured training data and rigid taxonomies.
The AI agent’s structured database architecture enables it to identify patterns across large volumes of unstructured and semi-structured data, such as shifts in company activity or changes in market signals. Users interact with the system through the Gieni chatbot, which supports natural language queries to help surface relevant insights without needing complex filters or technical setup.
A Broader Strategic Direction with Microsoft CopilotThe integration into Microsoft Copilot also signals Orderfox’s broader ambitions. With the new Model Context Protocol, Gieni is among the first vertical AI agents capable of cross-communicating with other applications and agents inside Microsoft’s environment.
“This collaboration leverages Microsoft Azure’s scalability to make Gieni AI’s insights a seamless part of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, redefining productivity for enterprises worldwide,” Göreci added.
Deployment, Pricing, and Adoption
Gieni AI is now available for purchase through Microsoft’s centralized billing platform. Users with existing Microsoft Copilot licenses can activate Gieni through standard deployment channels. Orderfox reports that early adoption has been strongest among multinational procurement and strategy teams, especially in the manufacturing, energy, and retail sectors. With the rollouts completed and the infrastructure embedded, the next challenge is adoption. Orderfox is betting that as AI literacy improves inside enterprises, tools like Gieni will become not optional, but necessary. Whether this bet pays off will depend not just on the technology, but on how well it can continue to deliver clarity amid complexity.
