-- Renew Youth, a family-owned hormone therapy and longevity medicine company, is marking 27 years in business in 2026. Founded in 1999, the company has spent that entire time in one field, working only on hormone therapy and longevity for men and women.
Renew Youth runs its operation from a corporate office in Wisconsin and serves clients across the country. Its physicians work in most states, with some seeing patients in person and some seeing patients virtually and in person.
“We've been setting the standard in longevity medicine and hormone therapy since 1999,” said Nicole Michels, an owner at Renew Youth. “Everyone else is just catching up.”
The company describes itself as a pioneer in hormone therapy and longevity medicine. Clients book a free consultation, complete lab work, meet with a physician, and receive a custom treatment plan that they administer at home. Medication and supplies are shipped to the client, and clients manage their accounts through an online dashboard and the Renew Youth mobile app, which is available on Apple and Google Play.
Its work is organised into two programs. Renew Man covers testosterone therapy, estrogen management, and testicular stimulation. Renew Woman covers estrogen, progesterone and testosterone therapy. Other offerings available to both men and women include DHEA, pregnenolone, and thyroid therapy, weight loss therapy, treatment for adrenal and sexual dysfunction, longevity treatments, injectable nutrient therapy and nutritional supplements.
The physician network now numbers more than fifty physicians nationwide. Renew Youth recruits new physicians directly and says those relationships have taken years to develop. The company displays LegitScript verification on its website, and it publishes the Renew Youth Podcast, where clients describe their own experience of treatment in their own words.
Clients can pay with HSA and FSA debit cards, and the company issues receipts to those filing their own insurance claims.
