“I’m starting a brand-new location, so I have a lot going on,” Kaziyeva says. She is also relocating an existing operation, reflecting a period of broader development for Face By Sarina.
For Kaziyeva, however, expanding the physical footprint of the business is only one part of its evolution. Face By Sarina has been built around a treatment philosophy that considers how individual facial features relate to one another. Instead of approaching lips, cheeks, or contours independently, Kaziyeva assesses the overall structure of the face before determining where refinement may create greater balance.
That philosophy is particularly evident in her signature Red Carpet Lift, a technique Kaziyeva identifies as a defining part of her practice for both women and men. “Rebalance, contour, measure your face with ratios. That’s what I do,” she says. The technique reflects her broader focus on evaluating facial proportions and using those measurements to guide individualized aesthetic decisions.
“Every face has its own structure, its own story, and my role is to enhance that, not change it into something else,” Kaziyeva says. The objective, she explains, is not to reproduce a particular look across clients, but to determine which adjustments complement the features already present.
That distinction has become central to the identity of Face By Sarina. Treatments including facial balancing and lip enhancement are approached within a wider assessment of proportion and contour. Consultations therefore play an important role in establishing expectations and creating a treatment plan suited to the individual rather than beginning with a predetermined result.
“The consultation is where everything begins,” Kaziyeva says. “It is about listening first, then designing something that fits the individual.”
The expansion also comes as Kaziyeva considers how Face By Sarina should grow as a brand. Rather than pursuing visibility for its own sake, she says she wants the business to remain selective about where and how it establishes its presence.
“I’m interested in the high quality, the brand name,” Kaziyeva says. “I don’t want to be everywhere just to be there. I want to be in the right places.”
That selectivity provides a framework for the company’s next phase. As Face By Sarina develops additional space and extends its footprint, Kaziyeva intends to keep the individualized philosophy that shaped the practice at the center of its growth.
For her, expansion is ultimately less about increasing scale for its own sake than preserving a recognizable approach as the business reaches more clients. The principle remains straightforward: aesthetic treatment should work with a person’s existing features rather than make individuality secondary to a trend.
“The best results are the ones that still feel like you, just more confident, more balanced, and more defined,” Kaziyeva says.
