Excelerator.Solutions recently announced the launch of their new website. Created by Ryan Clouse, the site aims to take visitors beyond the basics of Microsoft Excel, teaching them everything they need to know to become the ‘go-to’ experts for Excel solutions among their friends and co-workers. The site includes a plethora of blogs, tutorials, and templates to take just about anyone from having cursory knowledge of Excel functions to being an Excel Ninja. —
“When I graduated from college, I entered the workforce with the false perception that everything I’d learned in the one Microsoft Office class I took made me a spreadsheet expert. On my first day on the job, I was handed my first Excel tool developed by one of my co-workers who just happened to be a real Excel professional. Realizing that I had only scratched the surface of Excel’s capabilities, I was blown away by how much I could accomplish with a spreadsheet,” said Ryan Clouse, creator of Excelerator.Solutions.
Clouse continued, “I learned so much from my co-worker and soon learned how open, honest, and patient he and the rest of the Excel expert community truly were. As an expert who has been learning Excel every day for the last five years, I am now inspired to share this knowledge with all those who, like me, want to stretch their understanding of Excel as far as it will go.”
The Excelerator.Solutions website includes a frequently-updated blog in which Ryan shares tips and secrets for everything from using index match for advanced lookups to mastering dropdown in excel as well as an in-depth VBA Starter Kit for those interested in learning to write code. In addition to the free tutorials, Excelerator.Solutions also includes a shop where Excel users can get their hands on premium third-party Microsoft Excel Add-ins.
Clouse went on to say, “I fully realize that the only reason I know as much as I do about Excel is because someone took the time to help me learn. This is why every excel tutorial was created with people like me in mind. It is my desire to give back to the community that has given me so much knowing that encouraging others in their quest for Excel expert status will have positive effects far beyond this website.”
Excelerator.Solutions was created by Ryan Clouse, an analyst living in the Midwest with an extremely nerdy love for all things Excel. After learning everything he could about Excel from a co-worker at his first post-college job and becoming an ‘Excel Ninja’, Ryan now uses the blogs, tutorials, and templates on his website to do the same for others, providing them with expert Microsoft training and custom project development.
