-- Evony Tsang, Assistant Project Manager at Fullness Social Enterprises Society from Hong Kong, received the “Young Achiever Award” at the Winter Edition of the Education 2.0 Conference. The event was held from December 8–10, 2025, at the InterContinental DFC, Dubai, UAE. This award recognizes her outstanding contributions to social entrepreneurship, youth empowerment, and education-driven social innovation.
Evony Tsang, an educator in social entrepreneurship, has been a driving force in social entrepreneurship and youth empowerment since 2016, promoting social innovation in Hong Kong by uniting government, business, and academic sectors.
In her early 20s, she had already founded a social project and completed a certification in social enterprise management. She has mentored over 20 social entrepreneurs, helping them secure more than HK$3 million in funding for projects addressing social issues. She coordinates hundreds of education programs and impacts thousands of students annually. She has designed and published teaching materials now used in over 40 local schools, and is also a certified 2030 SDGs Game Facilitator.
Expressing her gratitude upon receiving the award, Evony shared, “Reflecting on nearly 10 years in social entrepreneurship and youth empowerment sector, I’ve realized that being an educator means so much more than teaching students hard skills—it’s about journeying with students, teachers, principals, and parents to build a stronger community.
The future is full of unknowns, but I believe education is the key to navigating it. Our goal must be to equip the next generation with more than just the ability to pass exams. We are here to nurture ethical, collaborative, and contributing global citizens who are ready to shape the future.”
