Your Wedding: Like a Scene out of a Movie
Drawing inspiration from the iconic house and love story in The Notebook, The Valley Venues shares remarkable similarities with the film, making it a dreamlike venue for weddings and events. Like Noah's dedication to revitalizing the house out of love for Allie, the ongoing transformation of The Valley Venues is fueled by a deep affection for family and the desire to offer others a place to experience that same love.
At The Valley Venues, the captivating tale of The Notebook finds a modern-day counterpart. This beloved tale is more than mere inspiration – it's a shared journey of love and transformation that echoes in every corner of the venue. Just as the house in The Notebook underwent a revival, so does the cherished Magnolia House — a perfect spot for a wedding ceremony or event.
Beyond the main house, the property features a lodge housing four large bedrooms and two getting-ready suites, each inspired by the characters who captured the audience’s hearts: one reflecting Noah's rugged sensibility and the other embodying Allie's timeless elegance. There’s also a stunning reception hall that can seat up to 200 people and a tranquil creek that lines the property.
Kobi shares, “When I was designing the remodel for the property, I relied heavily on stories like The Notebook and The Secret Garden for inspiration. I wanted the property to be a beautiful meld of southern elegance and ethereal beauty, as I felt like that was the soul of the property.”
“Seeing the front gate is like the cover of a book. The beautiful sign and colorful landscaping draw the eye and make the guest curious about what is inside. As you enter the gate, you are met with dozens of magnolia trees lining your driveway and beautiful flowers. The landscaping design emphasizes curves, texture, and gorgeous pops of color, and these elements create that ethereal sensation that feels like being transported into a storybook,” Kobi continues.
The Lodge
Kobi says, “I styled The Lodge to go with the style of the Notebook house with cool color tones and toile wallpaper. We also included beautiful antique furniture within The Lodge reminiscent of the movie.”
The house itself, a grand white structure with charming porches, mirrors the aesthetics of the house in The Notebook. Plans are underway to add the iconic blue shutters, reminiscent of Allie's dream in the movie. The house will also include a piano room named "Allie's Piano," echoing the romantic charm of the film.
The “Willow Getting Ready Suite,” named after the iconic tree in the movie, exudes the romantic and elegant vibe that defined Allie. The blue walls echo Allie's iconic dress, and a wallpaper mural featuring bluebirds in tree branches pays homage to the movie's famous quote, "If you're a bird, I'm a bird."

This captivating wedding and event venue has seven distinct event spaces, each with a unique character and ambiance. From enchanting valleys to grand halls, ethereal greenhouses, and rustic barns, guests can immerse themselves in another world inspired by the power of true love.
The dwelling options include a charming lodge for up to 14 guests and four delightful 1- and 2-bedroom cabins. With a total capacity of up to 22 guests across all options, the venue ensures that clients can celebrate their special day with ease while their guests revel in the convenience and comfort of on-site accommodations.
“The Magnolia House, one of our on-property event spaces, is very special to me,” says Kobi. “My mother’s family has lived within a mile of this house since it was first built in 1896. While her family never owned it, it was a place of beauty that my grandparents and great-grandparents would walk by on their way to church each Sunday.”
Kobi explains, “As my mother grew up in the area, she had always admired the house and was amazed when it came up for sale. My parents toured the property and instantly fell in love with it. They realized it would require a lot of work and upkeep, but they knew it could be somewhere special. While my parents are no longer together, the property still reminds me of love.”
