Dr. David Sanker is a mathematician, a software engineer, and an experienced Big law patent attorney. Dr. Sanker earned both his PhD in Mathematics and JD from UC Berkeley, with 15 intervening years teaching math and developing production software. In Big Law, Dr. Sanker practiced patent litigation and patent prosecution in a wide variety of technology areas, including software, AI, cybersecurity, semiconductor devices, database architecture, data visualization, and medical devices.
Dr. David Sanker works with clients, inventors, the US Patent Office, and associates throughout the world to build strong IP protection. Dr. Sanker is a thought leader in AI, regularly speaking and writing about AI topics, including the use of generative AI and how AI influences intellectual property protection.
