-- Dr. Daniel J. Crampton, Psychologist & COO at Status: Code 4, Inc. (SC4i), was recognized with the “Excellence In Healthcare Award” at the Health 2.0 Conference. The three-day health conference was held from April 7–9, 2026, at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, USA. The recognition celebrates individuals who are making meaningful contributions to healthcare through service, innovation, and leadership.
Dr. Daniel J. Crampton spent 25 years in emergency medical services (EMS), experiencing the suicide deaths of colleagues, including a former partner, and facing his own mental health challenges. Frustrated by the lack of support resources for himself and his coworkers, he returned to school to earn a doctorate in psychology.
He retired as a paramedic in 2018 to become Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Status: Code 4, Inc. (SC4i), where he serves as the lead psychologist. SC4i is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing counseling services to first responders and their families. Dr. Crampton is licensed as a Psychologist in Colorado.
