Dr. Zabalawi currently serves as CEO of A to Z Learning Leaders Educational Group and School Director in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. With over 17 years of Education and leadership experience, she is widely recognized not only as an accomplished educator but as a strategic school leader and principal who has successfully led whole-school improvement, staff development, curriculum integration, and cross-cultural educational reform.

She holds a Doctoral Degree in Strategic School Management, a Principal Qualification from the University of Windsor (Ontario), a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Curriculum Instruction (USA), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, certified by the Ontario College of Teachers, Canada.
Throughout her career, Dr. Zabalawi has served in multiple senior leadership roles, including Principal, Deputy Principal, School Inspector, Subject Coordinator, and Educator, with more than 17 years in Education, leadership, and inspection capacities. She has played a pivotal role in exporting and aligning international curricula—including Canadian, US Common Core, IB, PYP, British, and Arabic Ministry of Education frameworks—into the educational context, ensuring quality assurance, compliance, and pedagogical excellence.
As a visionary principal and instructional leader, Dr. Zabalawi is known for building high-performing teams, mentoring school leaders and teachers, and fostering student-centered, values-driven learning environments. Her leadership approach blends academic rigor, compassionate leadership, and strategic governance, always prioritizing student wellbeing while maintaining high professional standards for staff and institutions.
