He holds a PhD in Educational Psychology (Policy Research, Evaluation, and Measurement) from the University of Pennsylvania, where his graduate work focused on educational measurement and computer-supported collaborative learning, and a BA in Anthropology from Yale University.
He is an experienced evaluator and qualified expert with 25 years of experience directing quantitative and qualitative research projects for government agencies, schools, and community-based organizations. Dr. Schuh has helped design and establish more than 40 charter schools nationwide with a wide variety of experimental models.
