-- Chris Lewis, President of Lighthouse Leadership Services Inc., was celebrated with the Visionaries Award at the Spring Edition of the CXO 2.0 Conference and was recently featured in New York’s Times Square. This acknowledgment follows his recognition at the CXO 2.0 Conference, held from April 7–9, 2026, at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas, USA. The three-day leadership conference convened global executives, entrepreneurs, and business leaders to examine leadership strategies, innovation, and forward-looking approaches shaping the modern business landscape.

Chris’s feature in one of the world’s most recognized public spaces marks a significant moment for leaders whose experience and perspective continue to influence conversations around leadership, governance, and organizational transformation. His journey reflects how decades of public service and leadership can yield insights that guide professionals and institutions as they navigate complex challenges.
With decades of experience in law enforcement leadership, Chris D. Lewis was a Career Police Officer who went on to lead Canada’s second-largest police department, comprising over 9,000 personnel and operating with an operating budget exceeding $1.2B. As he progressed through the ranks of the Ontario Provincial Police, he served in and led some of the most high-profile operational units in patrol, investigations, and tactical operations, as well as in other command roles.
He retired from policing in 2014. He has since authored numerous articles for various magazines and periodicals, as well as a book on leadership, entitled ‘Never Stop on a Hill’ (Amazon.com). He regularly speaks publicly across North America and is a news commentator on policing issues for Canada’s CTV Television Network.
Chris’s recognition in Times Square reflects the growing appreciation for leaders who bring practical experience and strategic insight to conversations about leadership and decision-making. Through his continued work in speaking, writing, and public commentary, he contributes to discussions that help organizations and communities better understand leadership, accountability, and effective governance.
“Properly led and inspired teams trust their leaders and each other. I have been so privileged to be a part of many wonderful teams over the past 45 years and owe any success I have had to all those with whom I served. I was nothing without them. I did all I could to properly support and encourage them, but we accomplished great things together as they carried me on their shoulders. For me, being featured in Times Square is all about those teams.”
His upcoming initiatives reflect a continued dedication to strengthening leadership perspectives and promoting meaningful dialogue around responsibility and organizational impact. This commitment closely aligns with the mission of the CXO 2.0 Conference, which recognizes individuals whose experience, vision, and leadership continue to influence how organizations and professionals navigate an evolving global landscape.
