Critical Systems Inc. is pleased to announce a new High-Tech Manufacturing Center at Its Boise Headquarters and the relocation of its Gas Abatement Group.

Critical Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce a major expansion to its manufacturing operations in Boise, Idaho through the addition of a new High-Tech Manufacturing Center. Built to increase production capacity to satisfy both an increasing demand for the existing equipment offering, and to support major announcements coming in 2018, CSI now has the foundation to take its place as a leading supplier to the UHP Facilities Equipment and Services markets.

CSI offers certified technicians, welders and fabricators onsite, and an expanded Field Service Group. The new high-tech facility includes:

1) 15 individual high purity welding bays
2) Rotating high purity assembly locations
3) Two Clean Room fabrication bays
4) Individual high purity Argon, CDA and Nitrogen drops at all manufacturing and test stations
5) Multiple mobile analytical and test equipment units

With expanded manufacturing space, the increased number of certified technicians, welders and fabricators and the cutting edge high purity work areas, CSI has signaled their continuing commitment to Quality, Growth and Advanced Technologies.

In November of 2017, CSI relocated its Gas Abatement Group, formerly in Burnsville, MN, to the new Manufacturing Center in Boise to take advantage of the increased manufacturing space and available synergies. With the large number of certified technicians available, CSI is in an excellent position to meet continuing demand and future growth of its Gas Abatement Group. A major goal of CSI is in the area of customer satisfaction with our Field Service Group. The relocation to Boise by the Gas Abatement Group allows for an increased level of Customer Satisfaction through the cross-training of CSI’s Field Service Teams in both gas delivery and abatement equipment, allowing all CSI Technicians to provide on-site service of all equipment offered.

CSI will continue to support legacy remanufactured abatement equipment such as the ATMI/ECOSYS Delatech and Guardian product lines, parts and service, and has also expanded their offering to include an exciting line of new abatement equipment. This includes Dry Bed Technologies for Process and Venturi Exhaust Applications as well as Emergency Release Applications under the brand names “Callisto”, “Europa” & “Olympus”; Fume (Wet) Scrubbing Technologies for water soluble gases under the brand name “Ganymede”, and Burn/Wet Technologies for difficult Etch and CVD processes under the brand name “I/O”. These new technologies are highly effective, come with a guaranteed abatement efficiency and handle flow rates of up to 2000 slpm. Best of all, they are 100% made in the USA.
