-- Critical Systems has today announced a new service suite offering the ability to recondition VMB controllers to give them a new lease of life. This new package has been designed to create an affordable solution that extends the life of the controllers, and thus the whole unit. This new system has been devised after hundreds of hours spent servicing and reconditioning controllers and gas cabinet systems.
For Facilities who use the Air Products GasGuard GG500 and AP3 controller platforms for their gas cabinets and valve manifold boxes, the Gas System Controller Upgrade Package is designed to extend the life of these controllers in service. The upgrade package consists of a New Color Display Screen, New Inverter Board featuring LED Lighting, and New Power Supply.
This targeted approach is informed by Critical Systems’ experience, gained over servicing hundreds of controllers. These three items are the primary failure points in these controllers, and require periodic replacement in order to avoid costly downtime.
Critical Systems has a seventeen-year history working with and reconditioning Air Products gas systems; originally with the GG250 and GG450, up to the current AP10 and AP11 systems, together with the latest Air Products GG500 and AP3 screens.
