Phil Cannella and Crash Proof Retirement Show co-host Joann Small are pleased to announce the success of their charity fundraiser educational event held September 10, 2015 at the William Penn Inn in Gwynedd, PA to raise money through the 14th annual “WOGL 98.1 FM Loves Our Kids” radiothon held for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). —
200 registered guests attended the event wanting to learn about the safe alternatives used the Crash Proof Retirement System. For two hours, the audience listened as Master Elite IRA Advisor and Retirement Phase Expert Phil Cannella demonstrated his passion and expertise while educating his guests about the hidden fees and pitfalls of Wall Street investments, and the dangers of investing with advisors who have no fiduciary responsibility to their clients.
The highly attentive crowd, including William Green, CHOP Executive Director of Clinical Support and Major Gifts, and CBS Radio Philadelphia Senior Vice President and Market Manager David Yadgaroff, learned many little known consumer tips and helpful investment facts that they can use when making financial decisions going forward.

For every registered guest that attended the Crash Proof Educational Event on Sept. 10th, Phil Cannella and Joann Small pledged to donate $250 to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia through the 98.1 "WOGL Loves Our Kids" Radiothon. After the results were in, Cannella and Small made a donation of $50,000 for CHOP. This helps continue their reign as largest single donor to CHOP in the history of the WOGL Radiothon and brings their 5-year grand total gift to $325,000.
