The Church of Scientology in Randburg is proud to announce its initiative to assist engineering graduates in sharpening their skills and enhancing their careers. Through its innovative Scientology Handbook Course, engineering graduates have recently been completing a skills programme at the Church and were equipped with the tools and technology necessary to succeed in their field.
South Africa's engineering sector is facing a crisis, with a shortage of skilled engineers and a high unemployment rate among graduates. According to the Engineering Council of South Africa, the country needs to produce at least 10,000 new engineers per year to meet demand, but currently, only 4,000 are graduating annually. Furthermore, a recent survey by the South African Institution of Civil Engineering revealed that 60% of engineering graduates are unemployed or underemployed.

The Scientology Volunteer Ministers course has given Caroline a new perspective on life. "Now, I am able to be organized, to have targets and goals and I have the technology I need to accomplish them!" she exclaimed.
