With a career spanning over two decades in the field of human development, Cherie Lindberg is driven by a deep passion for soul work and personal growth. Her mission centers on helping individuals move beyond trauma and build fulfilling, joyful lives. Holding a PhD, she is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Nationally Certified Counselor, Brainspotting Trainer and Consultant, and a High Performance Coach. She is also the host of the Elevated Life Academy – Stories of Hope & Healing podcast and leads Elevated Life Academy.
In her continued pursuit of knowledge and impact, Cherie has completed specialized training in modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems, FLOW, and is certified in Imago Relationship Therapy. These experiences have expanded her expertise and strengthened her commitment to guiding individuals through meaningful self-discovery and transformation.
