-- Castle Rock Hormone Health, a hormone replacement and optimization company based in Castle Rock, Colorado, has announced a national franchise expansion plan targeting 100 to 250 new clinic openings in 2026, with a five-year goal of 1,500 locations across the United States. The company reports serving more than 10,000 patients nationwide and generating more than $10 million in annual revenue, with 25 percent year-over-year growth. Castle Rock Hormone Health says it currently operates across Colorado, Georgia, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.

The company announced a strategic partnership with Franchise Sidekick in March 2026 to support its national rollout. Franchise Sidekick, led by co-founder and chief growth officer Tyler Altenhofen, uses a structured franchise-matching process to connect operators with brands aligned with their qualifications and goals. Castle Rock Hormone Health says the partnership is intended to bring disciplined operator recruitment to its growth plan rather than prioritizing volume alone.
"This partnership is about finding franchise owners who share the same commitment to care that's both data-driven and personal — not just adding locations for the sake of growth," said Christopher Stolzman, co-founder and CEO of Castle Rock Hormone Health.
Castle Rock Hormone Health says its clinical model is built around hormone replacement and optimization for both men and women, including services for low testosterone and perimenopause or post-menopause. The company also offers medically guided weight loss, peptide therapies, IV therapy, hair restoration, sexual wellness services, and orthobiologics. Co-founder and physician Dr. Lee Moorer developed the company's clinical protocols around regular lab monitoring and individualized patient management.
"What we're building is bigger than a brand — it's a movement. For years, patients have been told to live with symptoms that were never truly addressed, and we're proving there's a better way," Stolzman said.
The hormone replacement therapy market was valued at approximately $27.56 billion globally in 2026 and is projected to reach $37.07 billion by 2031, according to Mordor Intelligence. Castle Rock Hormone Health says it is the first franchise in the HRT category to serve both men and women at a national concierge level.
