Case Study Published on Rapid Strategy Development for Small Technology Companies

Ridge Consulting is today releasing a case study on its workshop for rapid strategy development in the technology sector. The Strategy Development Case Study showcases the company's workshop with IBM and their channel partner, SpecialistsGrid.

The workshop on which the case study is based is designed for small, rapidly growing technology companies worldwide. Many of these companies have a solid technology strategy in place, but little to no long-term business strategy to guide the company over the long-term. This also hampers their ability to develop successful marketing and sales strategies to drive sustainable growth.

The case study illustrates how a technology vendor like IBM can support the success of their channel resellers as part of their own channel strategy. IT channel partners and VAR's often struggle with technology marketing particularly because they do not have a strong business strategy in place. Once this is put in place the reseller then has a solid framework on which to build their channel marketing strategy and IT lead generation tactics.
