Candace brings over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has held various roles in healthcare over that time frame, which include contract labor management, program leadership, staffing, credentialing, training, curriculum development and design, pharmacy operations, medical billing, project management, business development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, division director, workforce consulting, process improvement, client and agency program implementations, and health care information technology.
In addition, she was a presenter at the 2023 AAPPR (Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment) Conference, held in Austin, TX. In addition, Candace is a published author, motivational speaker, teacher, life coach, multi-business owner, mentor, activist & advocate, brand ambassador, and social media influencer. Her DEI-centric staffing initiatives have been successfully implemented across multiple healthcare systems.
