Benchmark Mortgage, one of the country's fastest growing mortgage companies, will be holding a series of workshops designed to teach their loan officers how to increase their online presence using social media and video marketing strategies.
These workshops will be led by Nick Carpenter and Garrett Finkelstein. As a marketing consultant, Carpenter shows participants how to maximize their exposure using the power of social media. “I love helping people stuck in the old days see the potential of social marketing. Working with these loan officers is very rewarding,” said Carpenter.
Finkelstein, a professional videographer and Benchmark's video editor, provides valuable hands-on experience for attendees. “The great thing about these small, in-person workshops is we can get so many projects done. Not talk about it, but actually do it,” he explained. He teaches attendees how to conduct video testimonials as well as execute an online video marketing plan.

The first workshop was held in Dallas, on January 8-9, 2014. Most of the participants were new to the process of creating ads and posts for social media sites such as Facebook or Twitter and had never used video marketing of any kind.
