Atturra Completes Acquisition of Blue Connections

September 9, 2025 -- On 1st September 2025, Atturra announced that its subsidiary, Cirrus Network Holdings Pty Ltd, had completed the acquisition of Blue Connections. Blue Connections has been providing IT solutions and managed services since 1997. Its impressive Melbourne facilities include an experience centre, training centre, configuration zone and warehouse. It has a highly skilled team specialising in services, delivering end-to-end solutions including traditional on premises infrastructure, virtualisation, consolidation, and disaster recovery and a full managed services offering.

CEO of Atturra, Stephen Kowal, said:

This acquisition aligns with Atturra’s strategic focus on its commitment to scaling its managed services capabilities. It will also establish a key operational hub for the business in Victoria, supporting continued national expansion.
