Chicago attorney Steve Smith, Managing Partner of — Legal Ally, a law firm that specializes in advising small businesses, women-owned business and LGBT entrepreneurs, announced today that his firm is now offering a series of coaching videos for attorneys. Part of Legal Ally’s successful coaching practice, the videos offer attorneys valuable insights into how to increase revenue, develop a sustainable book of business and a strategic business plan.

The videos include presentations on how to prepare a career plan, designing a practice, developing a one year business plan and becoming a revenue generator. Videos also cover such topics as becoming a great writer and developing outstanding communication skills. There is an emphasis on building a book of business, considered essential in today’s legal practice world.
