Bright pop energy carries a much more vulnerable story underneath. “Feel Too Little” follows the gradual process of shrinking inside a relationship - becoming quieter, changing what you say, second-guessing how you behave and learning to suppress pieces of yourself because you are afraid that expressing too much emotion might drive the other person away. Rather than treating that intensity as a flaw, Landin turns the idea around and asks whether the real problem might be a relationship incapable of meeting it.
“I wrote ‘Feel Too Little’ about what it feels like to love someone so deeply that they make you question whether your love is somehow too much,” Landin explains. “I think no one should ever make you feel like you’re too much, especially someone you love.”
That tension between the song’s energetic pop delivery and its emotionally exposed subject matter gives “Feel Too Little” its identity. It is a song about romantic imbalance without surrendering to defeat, moving from insecurity toward the realization that changing yourself to preserve a relationship comes at too high a cost.
“This song is about slowly making yourself smaller to fit into someone else’s idea of what love should look like,” Landin says. “It’s about changing the way you act, the things you say, and even the way you see yourself because you’re scared that being fully yourself will make someone leave.”
For Landin, the message ultimately extends beyond one relationship. “Loving deeply isn’t something to be ashamed of,” she says. “You shouldn’t have to become quieter, colder, or less emotional just to make someone comfortable. ‘Feel Too Little’ is for anyone who has ever felt like they had to shrink themselves to be loved.”
That perspective becomes the foundation for an artist whose songwriting draws directly from lived emotion. “Sometimes you’re not too much,” Landin adds. “Sometimes you’re just giving your whole heart to someone who only knows how to give half of theirs.”
Born in Colorado to a family with Michigan roots, Landin grew up between Georgia and Michigan and has pursued performance across music, acting, and modeling. She has appeared in several film projects and competed at IMTA in Los Angeles in 2026, earning first place in singing along with additional acting honors. Her musical influences reach across generations, with Michael Jackson, Amy Winehouse, and ABBA among the artists who helped shape her appreciation for songs that combine strong personalities with memorable storytelling.
Away from performing, Landin draws inspiration from travel, fashion, photography, time with friends and family, and the experiences that naturally find their way into her writing. Her music is aimed especially at girls and young listeners navigating love, heartbreak, overthinking, growing up, and the ongoing process of figuring out who they want to become.
