After 30 Years of Designing Kids' Church Spaces, Creative For Kids Expands Into Ministry Coaching

Creative For Kids, a leader in faith-based visual environments for nearly three decades, today announced the launch of its new children’s ministry consultation and coaching services.

-- The expanded offering moves the organization beyond physical facility design to directly equip ministry leaders, volunteers, and systems for long-term discipleship.

The expansion comes at a critical time for local churches. Today’s children's ministry leaders are navigating an increasingly complex landscape shaped by rapid technological shifts, digital media saturation, and rising pressures on parents. Recent reports from the U.S. Surgeon General and research groups like Barna and Awana emphasize an urgent need for intentional, community-backed support for families.

Randy and Michele Triplett began their ministry work in 1996 and formally established Creative For Kids in 2000. Over the years, the organization has equipped local churches with custom event themes, visual teaching resources, banners, and digital printables designed to reinforce gospel truth. By combining downloadable curriculum visuals with immersive space design, the company delivers practical solutions for faith-based education. These tools make weekly lesson prep simpler for volunteers while keeping learning engaging for children.

"When I painted my first murals, I thought I was simply putting Bible stories on a white wall," said Randy Triplett, co-founder of Creative For Kids. "Then a little girl looked at a mural and said, ‘Hey, that little girl kind of looks like me.’ That moment reminded me that when children see themselves in God's story, the truth becomes personal. That realization has shaped everything we’ve built."

While Creative For Kids will continue producing its trusted, Bible-based wall art and teaching resources, founders Randy and Michele Triplett recognized that modern churches need more than physical tools—they need strategic partnership.

"Children don’t separate what they see from what they hear," said Michele Triplett, co-founder. "Every hallway, volunteer, and conversation shapes how a child experiences God's love. In a world filled with competing influences, kids need caring adults who consistently point them to truth. That's why we’re helping churches think beyond decoration and move toward holistic discipleship."

Through one-on-one church leadership coaching and children's minsitry consultation, Creative For Kids will help church leaders refine their volunteer systems, environment designs, and engagement strategies to build a lasting foundation of faith for the next generation.

Church leaders looking to revitalize their spaces, streamline volunteer systems, or receive personalized coaching are invited to explore the new services and schedule a consultation today.
