-- London accountancy firm THP has been listed as one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024 in recognition of its excellent employee engagement. The company has branches in Wanstead, Sutton, Chelmsford and Saffron Walden.
THP, which has just celebrated its 50th anniversary, received the accolade after participating in an employee engagement survey run by Workl. THP is now listed in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024 directory.
The survey was developed by behavioural scientists, data analysts, psychologists, business leaders, academics and other independent parties to most accurately monitor employee engagement, wellbeing and discretionary effort in the workplace.
To achieve a high overall engagement score, organisations must score well across a six-step framework. Across the six categories, THP scored 83%. This is 10% higher than the average scored by other participating organisations in its sector. THP scored consistently highly across all categories, including 81% for Reward & Recognition, 82% for Instilling Pride, 83% for Information Sharing, 84% for Empowerment, 84% for Wellbeing and 85% for Job Satisfaction.
