Heimo conducts a quarterly survey of future prospects of the companies within its operating region and publishes a barometer on the region’s growth and employment expectations. The survey is based on the companies´ own estimates. The data gained from the barometer is being utilised in the search of opening vacancies, but also in anticipation of the demand for labour in the companies and finding the right people for them.
