The founders of Henkilöstöpalvelu Heimo, Sami Kallinen and Jarno Lindeman, have worked in the industry for several years. Their observations of the changes in the labour market and companies’ position in the 2010s gave them a push to develop a totally new operating model.
- We understood that in the future success will be made by combining the interests of all parties. The outdated eight-hour thinking is not a solution anymore, states Sami Kallinen, CEO of Henkilöstöpalvelu Heimo.

Along with the personal work, also the information systems are being utilised in creating jobs, sensing the trends, detecting the employers´ needs and finding the right people for them. Heimo conducts a quarterly survey of future prospects of the companies within its operating region and publishes a barometer on the region’s growth and employment expectations. The survey is based on the companies´ own estimates. The data gained from the barometer is being utilised in the search of opening vacancies, but also in anticipation of the demand for labour in the companies and finding the right people for them.
